Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options:

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.

    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently ship to addresses within Spain and internationally.

  • Note: International shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • Chambon is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

  • Chambon is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Policy

Returns:

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at infodiegomartinez@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

  • We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges:

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
